01 Design Team

Architect (Junior to Senior)Entry / Mid / Senior

Develop designs from concept through working drawings, coordinate with consultants, and support approvals and site coordination. Junior team members focus on drawing and design development; senior architects lead projects and mentor the team.

What we look for
Strong design and detailing skills, confidence in AutoCAD and Revit or SketchUp, and a portfolio that shows your thinking. All experience levels are welcome.

Current Council of Architecture registration is required for appointment as an architect. If you are working towards registration, you may apply for an appropriate supervised design role. Signing responsibilities depend on current registration and applicable authority requirements.

Interior DesignerEntry / Mid / Senior

Support architectural projects with space planning, material studies and interior details where the project calls for them, working closely with the architecture team.

What we look for
An eye for materials and detail, with skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp or a rendering tool. Show us your work.

3D Visualiser / Rendering ArtistEntry / Mid / Senior

Create photorealistic renders, walkthroughs and animations that help clients understand designs.

What we look for
A strong visual portfolio and confidence with relevant tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape or Photoshop. Your portfolio matters most; you do not need to know every tool.

Interns & TraineesStudents / Emerging talent

Work on live projects alongside the design team, building your drawing, modelling and design development skills.

What we look for
Curiosity, basic drawing or modelling skills and enthusiasm to learn. Tell us your availability and, where relevant, the placement duration your college requires.

02 Project Delivery

Project ManagerMid / Senior

Own project schedules, budgets and coordination between clients, contractors and consultants, keeping delivery on time and within scope.

What we look for
Evidence of running design or construction projects, clear communication and confidence with planning tools.

Site Architect / Site SupervisorMid / Senior

Be the studio’s presence on site: check quality, resolve drawing queries and help construction follow the design intent.

What we look for
Hands-on site experience, close reading of drawings and confidence working with contractors. Practical expertise is valued alongside formal training.

Appointment as a site architect requires current Council of Architecture registration. Site supervision applications are assessed on relevant skills and experience.

Engineering CoordinatorMid / Senior · Structural / MEP / Civil

Coordinate drawings and requirements between the design team and engineering consultants, resolving clashes before they reach the site.

What we look for
Technical understanding of engineering or architecture, strong drawing coordination skills and a methodical approach to resolving issues. Relevant training or practical experience is valued.

03 Approvals & Compliance

Approvals & Compliance OfficerMid / Senior

Manage submissions and liaison with municipal and statutory authorities, coordinating compliance with fire, accessibility and building regulations.

What we look for
Working knowledge of Mumbai’s approval process, development control regulations and fire norms, plus experience dealing with authorities. Any credentials needed for specific authorised duties will be assessed for that role.

04 Studio Operations

Studio ManagerMid / Senior

Keep the studio running smoothly through daily operations, procurement, vendor coordination and administration.

What we look for
Strong organisation, good vendor and people skills, and confidence with everyday office software. Show us how you have helped a team work well.
