Yunus Jhaveri

A lasting commitment to architecture, and to the life a building makes possible.
Yunus Jhaveri holds a master’s degree in architecture from The Ohio State University, USA, and established his Mumbai practice in 1984. Under his leadership, the firm has completed over 150 projects in Mumbai as principal architects.
His work spans residential and commercial buildings across the city, with a particular presence in Khar, Bandra and Santacruz. Considered planning, enduring quality and close attention to detail guide an approach grounded in how people live, work and come together.
Projects such as Sequoia, Tiara Tower, Park Heights and Cartier reflect this sustained engagement with Mumbai. Combining architectural design with liaison services, the practice supports clients from pre-acquisition advice through to final occupation.
